navigating

Dad-
what i've found so far in my limited use of this system, is that i have two different windows open. i do my work in the window that i access by going to the "blogger" website and signing in with my username and password. from there i select our family blog and can create new postings etc. when i view the actual blog itself, a new window is created. i can't figure out how (at least not yet) to view the blog as it's posted on the internet and edit it all in the same window.
does anyone else have advice on this matter?
