Saw a sign posted at the john about a blueberry pancake breakfast hosted by the Friends. Wonderful pancakes and bacon on a blustery picnic ground overlooking the lake.

Headed back up the peninsula towards the Amethyst Mine Panorama where we toured and had a chance to collect our own amethysts at $2.00/pound.

Then on around Lake Superior on a beautiful drive to Pancake Bay Provincial Park where we set up camp and headed off in search of a pizza. Returned for a succulent meal by the campfire.
