Day 30

Wednesday - August 15

Let the girls aleep in while Ned and I went into town for breakfast goods and coffee. Pancakes and bacon hot and on the table when the queen and princess arrived.

The four of us (well, five including Ben) went to Fishtown in Leland for sandwhiches from the Cheese Shop. Then up to Aunt Agnes' property on Lake Michigan for a picnic and walk on the beach. The weather, which was trhreatening, turned beautiful by the time we arrived at the beach.

Once back at the cottage Annie decided to give skiing one more try. The tenacious little rascal refused to give up even after Ned and I though she must be exhausted. Then, wham, she was up and holding. Ned and I cheered and she waved back. Very cool moment.

Next in to Suttons Bay for the movie Bourne Ultimatum. Then we paicked up the pizzas we had ordered before and headed home with Eunie for a fun dinner and laughter.
